CLEANSERVS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the cleaning services made available through https://cleanservs.com (the “Platform”) and the physical cleaning services performed by our team or partners (the “Services”).
By booking a service with Cleanservs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform or Services.
1. THE SERVICES
(a) Cleanservs provides professional deep cleaning, office cleaning, and specialized sanitization services (e.g., using Virex II 256).
(b) Provision of Services: Services are performed either by internal employees of Cleanservs or authorized third-party service partners.
(c) Personal Use: Services are intended for the address provided at the time of booking. For commercial or recurring contracts, a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) may apply.
2. USER ACCOUNTS & BOOKINGS
(a) Account: To book a service, you may be required to provide a phone number, email, and address. You must be at least 18 years old.
(b) Accuracy: You warrant that the floor plan (e.g., 1 RK, 3 BHK, SQFT area) selected during booking accurately reflects your property. If the property size is found to be larger than booked, additional charges will apply.
(c) Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
(a) Charges: The total amount includes service fees, chemical costs, and equipment usage.
(b) Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable GST and other statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
(c) Payment Modes: We accept online payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and, in specific cases, Cash on Completion.
(d) Refunds: Payments are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced. If you are unsatisfied, you must report it within 24 hours for a “Reclean” evaluation.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES (Aapki Zimmedari)
(a) Access: You must provide clear access to the premises at the scheduled time.
(b) Utility Requirements: The client must provide continuous water and electricity supply. If the service is delayed or cancelled due to lack of utilities, a visiting charge will apply.
(c) Safety of Valuables: While our team is vetted, we strongly advise customers to secure jewelry, cash, and small electronics. Cleanservs is not liable for the loss of unsecured valuables.
(d) Heavy Shifting: Our team does not move heavy furniture (e.g., double beds, heavy wardrobes) unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
(a) Customer Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled slot may incur a cancellation fee of ₹300 or 10% of the booking value.
(b) Rescheduling: You may reschedule your slot up to 6 hours before the service, subject to availability.
6. EXCLUSIONS (Kya Shamil Nahi Hai)
Unless specifically mentioned in the “What’s Included” section of the product page:

❌ Removal of permanent stains (ink, old burns, deep acid marks).

❌ Cleaning of heights exceeding 10ft without prior scaffolding arrangements.

❌ Internal cleaning of electronic appliances (unless booked separately).

❌ Shifting of heavy machinery or permanent fixtures.
7. USE OF DATA
By using Cleanservs, you consent to our collection of data (Name, Address, Phone) to facilitate the service and send promotional updates via WhatsApp or Email. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
(a) Damages: In the rare event of accidental damage to property, Cleanservs’ total liability is capped at a maximum of INR 5,000 or the service value (whichever is lower), provided the damage is reported within 24 hours of service completion.
(b) Third-Party Products: We use professional grade chemicals (like Diversey/Virex). We are not liable for inherent defects in the surfaces being cleaned (e.g., old fabric tearing during suction).
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on https://cleanservs.com, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Cleanservs. Unauthorized use or “scraping” of our content is strictly prohibited.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to cancel a booking or terminate a user’s access if:

The environment is unsafe for our staff.

The customer is abusive or discourteous to our cleaning professionals.

There is a suspicion of fraudulent booking.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
